We roast coffee outdoors, at Place Abattoir in Anderlecht. The temperature, humidity and wind on roasting day influence each batch. The result? Coffee with a unique character, impossible to replicate.
Place Abattoir transforms every weekend. Between fresh vegetable stands and the Brussels neighbourhood atmosphere, our roaster roasts the beans under open sky. The smell of coffee mixes with the cool morning air. Each batch becomes a story about that moment, that place, that weather.
